Winston's Grille is searching to add quality talent to our great team. Winston's has been the talk of the North Raleigh area for 37 years & counting and we continue to provide excellent service and mouth watering dishes.

Great hours, no late nights Good pay, Amazing Tips, and Great Benefits No Sundays

Please apply in person Monday thru Friday between 2 pm - 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages to guests
• Explain to guests about menu items
• Clean and prepare the dining areas
• Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
• Perform other restaurant duties as assigned

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with guests
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of food service techniques and standards
• Familiarity with bartending and beverage service a plus
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude
