We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing company. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with large US retailers such as Target, Home Depot, and Staples.

Reporting directly to the Customer Service & Sales Operations Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to make a significant impact within our growing organization. Job Responsibilities:

  • Process customer purchase orders correctly and maintain Excel files for weekly replenishment, promotional and seasonal orders.

  • Respond in a timely manner to customer’s or carrier issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner.

  • Answer and manage emails and chats, both internal and external, promptly

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting customers objectives.

  • Maintain excellent customer care and focus.

  • Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies.

  • Record, organize and file customer interactions.

  • Investigate customer charge backs and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • From time to time, you may be required to complete other tasks in line with your skills and experience to meet the current needs of the company.

Knowledge & Skills

  • High school degree or equivalent.

  • Experience working in Customer Support, Client Services, Sales or similar Wholesale environment such as FMCG/Big Box Retailers.

  • Bi-lingual English and Spanish is beneficial but not required.

  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution. 

  • Previous experience scheduling carriers for out-bound shipping preferred.

  • Self-motivated with a good work ethic.

  • Excellent numerical skills and accurate keyboard data entry skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong knowledge when it comes to dealing with retailers.

  • Very good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Excellent Microsoft Suite skills such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to contribute to a positive culture and have mutual respect within a dynamic team.

  • Take initiative to identify and anticipate business needs and make recommendations for implementation.
