Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
Prepare and format legal documents using Microsoft Word
Create and maintain spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
Develop presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
Manage and organize files and records
Perform data entry with a typing speed of 60 words per minute
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Answer and direct phone calls and emails

Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to type a minimum of 60 words per minute
