We are seeking an energetic Superintendent to be at the forefront of our projects, bringing dynamic leadership and effective management to ensure every project shines. You’ll lead a talented team, driving performance while nurturing a positive, collaborative atmosphere where mutual respect thrives.

In this role, you’ll guide team members and subcontractors in following the Scope of Work (SOW), implementing best practices, and interpreting plan sets while upholding the highest standards of codes and safety regulations. Your keen eye for detail will help you manage onsite operations efficiently, keep a close watch on expenses to ensure profitability and promote seamless communication between the field and office.

Your expertise in the trade will be essential as you work with your self-performing crews and subcontractors, share valuable insights, and boost productivity, setting the stage for outstanding performance and project success. Your proactive approach will be crucial in driving excellence and achieving remarkable results.

Responsibilities: (but not limited to)

· Execute the project according to the established plan, effectively secure necessary resources, and oversee all aspects of the job site with complete responsibility.

· Manage company and subcontractor changes with precision; promptly submit information to the office for change orders; ensure no work is performed outside the original scope without an authorized change order from management.

· Collaborate closely with subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

· Supervise daily construction activities at the job site, including worker scheduling, equipment and material deliveries, and coordination of field operations.

· Keep management informed of project progress daily.

· Facilitate RFPs and RFIs.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Five years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent, demonstrating a solid track record in the field.

· Strong skills in project breakdowns for complex bids and seamlessly handling Time and Material estimating in real-time as needed.

· Experience in commercial and residential construction and a background in facilities maintenance and property management, including tenant improvements, is highly valued.

· Possess a thorough understanding of reading and interpreting specifications and drawings, along with a solid grasp of construction means and methods.

· Experience with buyouts of subcontractor contracts.

· OSHA Certification a Plus.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.

· Proficiency in Procore is valued.
