Environmental Remediation Superintendent - Lead the Charge on Critical Projects

If so, we're looking for YOU Join our growing team as an Environmental Remediation Superintendent and play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of complex remediation projects.

About the Role:

As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight and management of assigned projects. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency are prioritized throughout the process. You will work closely with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to keep projects on track and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee various aspects of assigned remediation projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

  • Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and company procedures.

  • Lead and motivate a team of technicians, providing clear instructions and ongoing training.

  • Conduct daily inspections and identify potential safety hazards or quality concerns.

  • Manage and track project progress, identifying and proactively addressing any potential issues.

  • Maintain accurate and complete project documentation.

  • Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide status updates and address concerns.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Remediation Superintendent or in a similar leadership role.

  • Proven track record of successfully completing complex remediation projects on time and within budget.

  • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
