Customer Support Specialist

Komline-FluidQuip is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and assistance. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Assist customers in determining parts needs, placing orders, checking status of orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchanges.
- Research information about pricing and availability using our ERP system and other resources.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and engineering, to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- All other duties as assigned, including special projects.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Intermediate skills utilizing Microsoft Office and ability to work with CRM software.
