Job Responsibilities:
- Will effectively manage employee performance, control labor and material costs and ensure service levels meet customer expectations
- Assist with employee/job scheduling and provide assistance with technical/mechanical trouble-shooting/problem solving
- Monitor technicians’ schedules to ensure timely completion of jobs and accurate customer invoicing
- Perform employee performance reviews, document performance issues, provide necessary employee counseling with targeted improvement action plans
- Other duties may be assigned
Job Requirements:
- Management experience in a fast-paced service focused organization
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and a good mechanical and mathematical aptitude
- Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
- Proficient with Windows based programs and ERP/CRM Systems
- Must possess a Valid Driver’s License
