CSR- Dispatcher

We are looking for a customer service representative to assist with communication between our client, their customers, and our contracted delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, professional communication skills, and the ability to multi-task throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls from delivery teams
- Navigate dispatch software (training provided)
- Problem-solving basic customer issues related to the delivery process
- Assist with monitoring and overseeing loading and offload of the product by delivery teams
- Additional responsibilities as required
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Logistics experience preferred
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with delivery dispatch software a plus
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
