Start: Negotiable
Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm 

Summary:
As a Payroll Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in processing the payroll function. You will be responsible for calculating and disbursing employee salaries, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing exceptional service to our employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.

Payroll Processing:
• Accurately process payroll for all employees, including calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Process new hires, terminations, and changes to employee payroll records.

Timekeeping and Attendance:
• Oversee and manage the timekeeping system to track employee hours worked.
• Address discrepancies and resolve time and attendance issues promptly.

Benefits Administration:
• Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other deductions.
• Ensure accurate deductions and contributions are made.

Onboarding Support:
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including collecting and verifying necessary payroll and benefits documentation.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

Record Maintenance:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee information, tax withholding, and payroll deductions.

Qualifications:
Min 3 years of experience in payroll
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior manufacturing comapany experience preferred.
Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
