Field Server Specialist (Wenatchee, WA)

Our client is looking for a Field Server Specialist to join their team in Wenatchee. If you’re passionate about hands-on tech work and enjoy working directly with clients, this role could be a great match. You’ll be joining a company that values its people, promotes growth, and fosters a friendly, supportive culture.

What You’ll Do:

·       Set up servers and workstations and assist clients with data and software transfers.

·       Troubleshoot and install network equipment like firewalls, switches, and access points.

·       Manage Hyper-V servers, virtual switches, failover clustering, and O365/Google Workspace environments.

·       Represent the company as the first point of contact—friendly, professional, and solutions-oriented in client interactions.

·       Travel to different client locations within Wenatchee to perform this work.

·  What We’re Looking For:

·       A great cultural fit—someone who is motivated, team-oriented, and enjoys being part of a close-knit, supportive group where people genuinely care for one another.

·       2+ years of IT Technician experience, ideally with MSP experience.

·       Strong technical skills in Windows OS, Hyper-V, network equipment, and more.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
