CNC Commissioning Engineers and Technicians

Any experience with CNC Commissioning, CNC Servicing, CNC Maintenance or Repairs

Currently seeking CNC Technicians and Engineers to fill several openings in Macomb, Michigan. The ideal candidates should have CNC Commissioning, CNC Servicing, CNC Maintenance experience.

Requirements of the CNC Commissioning Engineers and Technicians

  • Experience with CNC machines, or closely related robotics or automation systems.
  • Electrical or Mechatronics degrees are a plus. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Troubleshooting / debug / commissioning / repair / maintenance experience with CNC Controllers, Siemens 840D, Fanuc, Rexroth PLC
  • Experience programming Siemens / Allen Bradley PLC is a plus; scholastic experience will also be considered.
  • Read blueprints / schematics, troubleshooting electronic equipment
  • Must be able to travel 10 to 30% overnight. Travel is anticipated to be domestic
  • Complete standard pre-hire checks including background and drug screen

Responsibilities of the CNC Commissioning Engineers and Technicians

  • Commissioning, servicing, repairing, maintenance on CNC machines, or robotics or automation
  • Troubleshooting / debug / commissioning / repair / maintenance experience with CNC Controllers, Siemens 840D, Fanuc, Rexroth PLC
  • Read blueprints / schematics, troubleshooting electronic equipment
  • Travel 10 to 30% overnight
