Wanted: Weber & Sterling, LLC, an Estate Planning firm in Maumee, OH is hiring a Paralegal / Accounting Clerk / Receptionist to become part of our team You will provide overall support to attorney's business needs:

Responsibilities:

  • assistance with client meetings,
  • document preparation,
  • court filings,
  • income tax preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with legal research
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detailed-oriented
  • Income tax preparation
  • Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field a plus

Willing to train. Monday through Friday. No weekends or evenings. Salary based on experience.
