Responsibilities

  • Administer CVP Prime Contracts and Subcontracts with subject matter expertise and provide guidance to the Business Group on risks and clauses.
  • Prepare, submit and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Teaming Agreements (TAs), Subcontract Agreements, Subcontract Task Order, Consulting Agreements, and Modifications.
  • Complete other tasks and reporting as requested by the Vice President of Contracts to include but not limited to Contract & Subcontract closeouts, Monthly Manager Reporting, and annual Subcontractor Reporting.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work closely with Accounting/Finance regarding project specific needs and as needed to complete required monthly reporting and proposal review.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of FAR and DFAR clauses.
  • Utilize Microsoft Suite Tools, Adobe, and Government reporting sites.

Qualifications

  • 5 years or more of Contracts and Subcontracts experience, specifically reviewing and negotiating agreements.
  • Experience in negotiation of NDAs, Teaming Agreements and other nonstandard agreements in the federal marketplace as a prime and subcontractor.
  • Strong ability to identify priorities and shift assignments accordingly.
  • Strong time management skills and multi-task ability, coordinating and prioritizing multiple projects and assignments under supervision.
  • Strong and effective communication with employees and senior management, including Vice Presidents and CVP’s CEO.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.
