Purpose:

Assists the Construction Manager and Job Foreman with daily work order and material processing thru mobile data. Reviews field information collected thru mobile data as transmitted by the Job Foremen and reviews for accuracy.

 

 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviews daily time sheets for completed job information as transferred by Foreman to mobile data to verify accuracy of hours, job numbers, materials used. Footage and tap location and edits to reflect missing or inaccurate data correctly.
  • Approves crew hours in payroll time reporting system
  • Completes all Centerpoint Mobile Data work order information and proper mapping to print and approve final work orders for internal billing process
  • Communicates with Job Foremen as necessary to gain missing data or correct inaccurate Work Order data
  • Corrects Work Orders that are returned by Centerpoint that need additional or corrective information

Other:

  • Gathers information from Foremen each morning to review paperwork, assist with time sheets, or gather needed job completion information
  • Takes calls from Foremen during the day to assist in mobile data entry

Requirements

  • Computer knowledge

Required Qualifications, Certificates and Licenses:

  • New employee Orientation

  • Ruptured Gas Line Policy
  • Excavation Policy

Education and Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years combined office and utility construction experience.
  • High school degree
