Livit Staffing is search for Deck Buildes to Join Our Elite Deck Building Team.

Are you an experienced deck builder looking for your next big opportunity? Join one of two meticulous crews led by dedicated brothers who are passionate about crafting top-tier decks. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects, some of which exceed $100K, ensuring our homeowners are delighted with their new outdoor spaces.

What We Offer

- **Work Environment**: Collaborate with a team of skilled professionals in Ames and the surrounding areas.

- **Leadership**: Benefit from the guidance of meticulous foremen who are committed to high standards and continuous improvement.

- **Schedule**: Enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, typically from 7am to 3:30pm. Flexibility required based on jobsite location and weather conditions.

Qualifications

- **Experience**: Proven track record in deck building and construction.

- **Skills**: Ability to take constructive criticism and continuously improve.

- **Tools**: Must have your own hand tools including a tool belt, hammer, speed square, and tape measure.

- **Commitment**: Reliable commute to Ames, IA 50014.

Compensation

- **Pay**: Competitive hourly rate of $20.00 - $22.00.

- **Employment Type**: Full-time position with stable hours.
