Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an Accounting Assistant, Part-time to become an integral part of our team You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices.

Responsibilities:

  • Calculate costs of goods and services
  • Track and record deliveries to customers
  • Distribute invoices for sales review
  • Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Print financial reports for the Controller
  • Assist Controller with ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
  • Experience in data entry
  • Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Experience with Sage, Peachtree, or Quicken software a plus.
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience

Flexible Part-time schedule of 20 to 25 hours per week

Pay: $18-$20/hour
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
