Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDiversified Sourcing Solutions is hiring for production roles with pay ranges from $18.50 - $20.50 an hour. This role provides upward mobility and a clean manufacturing plant.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in product assembly and production following established guidelines.
- Ensure product quality through inspections and reporting of any issues.
- Safely handle materials and maintain inventory organization.
- Operate machinery and tools according to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.- Operate small hand tools to perform preventative maintenance

Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Basic math and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.- Computer skills like SAP and Excel are preferred but not required. - Bilingual is a plus.
