Applying for an entry-level position will enable you to learn the industry ins and outs, providing endless growth opportunity in areas of Production, Production Leadership, Sales and Design.

We provide comprehensive training to ensure you are provided the tools you need to be successful.

Truss Builders manufacture each truss using laser measurements, table “puck” alignments, and each truss' engineering projected on screens above. They are responsible for successfully assembling the wood and connection elements to the exact engineering specification designs to build trusses.

 

Pay:  $17hr plus monthly incentives

Responsibilities:
Read and understand set-up sheets.

Position plates properly.

Operate gantry.

Verify lumber accuracy with sheets.

Verify truss set up is accurate.

Perform daily operator maintenance.

Maintain 100% crew efficiency.

Mark individual trusses when required.

Train Builder Associates.

Qualifications:
Able to read and write in their primary language.

Able to stand for long periods of time.

Able to read or able to learn to read a set up sheet.

Able to lift 50 pounds.
