The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for all aspects of Securis's e-commerce shipping and receiving processes. This is a full-time, hourly position, perfect for an organized, detail-oriented team player who is a self-starter.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Pull, pack, and ship e-commerce orders using Shipstation (Shipstation.com)
  • Use electronic scanning equipment to maintain accurate inventory and shipping information
  • Appropriately package orders of electronic items for safe nationwide delivery
  • Accurately inventory items
  • Physically able to lift 50 pounds and is comfortable standing and bending for extended amounts of time
  • Maintain a neat and organized shipping workspace
  • Support other departments in the organization by assisting with labor when needed
  • Maintain and audit all shipping and receiving processes with an emphasis on efficiency, accuracy and cost effectiveness.

Experience

  • Two years (minimum) of shipping and inventory experience
  • Ability to use pallet jack 

Educational Background

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Computer Skills

  • Basic knowledge of software like Microsoft
  • Experience using Salesforce is preferred
