Lo que harás cada día...

  • Lidera con el ejemplo mientras anima y ayuda a los asociados en su área para asegurar la productividad del equipo, por ejemplo, permanecer en la tarea, la solución de problemas.
  • Comprende todos los procesos y procedimientos del área a un alto nivel para formar y entrenar a los asociados en el proceso.
  • Comunica de forma proactiva los problemas, por ejemplo, los problemas de la zona, y colabora con los supervisores y gerentes para garantizar una comunicación clara y el rendimiento general del equipo.
  • Prioriza las cargas de trabajo y proporciona asistencia clara al equipo; por ejemplo, delega las tareas de limpieza del almacén y se asegura de que se realicen todos los días.

Qué necesitarás...

  • 2+ años en operaciones de almacén preferido
  • Conocimientos básicos de escritura y matemáticas de almacén
  • Comprensión de los sistemas: Capacidad para aprender en el trabajo y a través de la formación
  • Capacidad para identificar y comunicar mejoras, oportunidades e ideas a los miembros del equipo y a los directivos.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de almacén sujeto a temperaturas y condiciones meteorológicas variables.
  • Capacidad para realizar tareas físicas repetitivas o continuas: estar de pie, caminar, sentarse, usar las manos y los dedos, agarrar, estirarse, trepar, agacharse, arrodillarse, ponerse en cuclillas, estirarse, tirar, empujar, usar escaleras y levantar y/o mover con frecuencia hasta 15 kg o más.
  • Se requiere flexibilidad y confiabilidad y debe estar dispuesto a trabajar horas extras, segundo turno, fines de semana y días festivos para apoyar las necesidades de producción.
