We are seeking a Family Law Attorney to become a part of our team. You will directly represent and consult with family law clients from the intial consult to the enforcement of a final judgment. We are a two attorney firm committed to providing our clients legal expertise and compassion. Our team values life balance and to this end, we have a very reasonable billable hour requirements and flexible work schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in court, mediation, and in negotiations
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Advise clients with Family Law Matters
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations
  • Manage your own case load (after probationary period).

  • Previous experience in family law
  • Familiarity with all aspects of family law procedures and pleadings
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capacity and desire to run your own case load
