Family Law Associate Attorney

We are seeking a 2-5 year Family Law Attorney. You will directly represent and consult with family law clients. Our attorneys manage their own case loads and have discretion regarding who they accept as clients and how they conduct their cases. Other attorneys in the firm are here to support you whether that is by engaging in a strategy session, performing overflow work, covering your cases when you are on vacation, or covering a hearing.

Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in court, mediation, and in negotiations
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Advise clients with Family Law Matters
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations
  • Manage your own case load (after probationary period).

​​Attorney Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in family law
  • Familiarity with all aspects of family law procedures and pleadings
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capacity and desire to manage your own case load


Compensation and Benefits


  • Salary minimum $120,000.00 for 1000 billable hours per year. Final salary will be determined by your level of experience. Bonuses paid for work in excess of billable hour requirement.
