Job DescriptionJob Description

An Assistance Project Manager provides support to the Project Manager or Project Team in planning, coordinating, and executing projects administrative duties, such as organizing and maintaining the project documents, updating the digital database, and helping to manage the project's budget, along with basic duties, such as setting up phone calls, meetings, and site visits.,. Their role includes:

1. Assisting in project planning and scheduling.
2. Coordinating tasks and resources.
3. Monitoring progress and identifying potential issues.
4. Communicating with team members and stakeholders.
5. Maintaining project records, projects tracking and documentation.
6. Assisting in risk management and problem-solving.
7. Supporting quality control and assurance. (this will require when visit job sites).
8. Helping with budgeting and cost management.
9. Assisting in reporting and presenting project status.
10. Performing other project-related tasks as needed.

11. Conduct job sites visits to places where needs immediate assistance for job walks and problems solve.

12. Assigning tasks: Assigning tasks to employees.

13. Attend project site meetings: Scheduling meetings, phone calls, and site visits.

14. Administrative tasks: Preparing invoices, estimates, and scheduling meetings.

15. Organizational skills: Managing several projects at the same time.


The Assistance Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects by providing administrative and technical support to the project team. They help to:

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Support continuous improvement and learning.
  • providing support and assistance to the project team, the Assistance Project Manager helps to ensure project success and contributes to the achievement of organizational goals.
