***Job Overview***

CLOSER is responsible for ensuring the successful and timely completion of real estate transactions. The role involves coordinating with all parties involved in the transaction, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

PROCESSOR plays a critical role in the preparation and organization of title documents for real estate transactions. This position involves examining and verifying property titles, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all documentation required for the closing process, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

FUNDER is a crucial team member responsible for managing the disbursement process in real estate transactions. This role involves meticulously verifying and processing funding requests, enduring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate timely and smooth closing for clients. The funder plays an integral part in maintaining the integrity of financial transactions and upholding the company's reputation for reliability and precision.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Transaction Management:**

• Oversee the closing process for real estate transaction from initiation to completion
• Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys
• Ensure all documentation is prepared accurately and submitted on time.

**Document Preparation and Review**

• Draft, review, and finalize closings documents, including settlement statements and title documents to be sent to notary,

**Compliance**

• Maintain up-to date knowledge of state and federal real estate laws and regulations.
• Ensure all aspects of the closing process adhere to industry standards and legal requirements.

**Customer Service**

• Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Facilitate a smooth and positive closing experience for all parties involved.

**Coordination and Communication**

• Coordinate with title examiners, underwriters, escrow officers, and other professionals to resolve any issues that may arise during the closing process.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all parties involved in the transactions.
