Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team at Coast to Coast Title & Escrow Services. As a Title Examiner/Funder/Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful and timely completion of real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Management:
    • Oversee the closing process for real estate transactions from initiation to completion.
    • Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys.
    • Ensure all documentation is prepared accurately and submitted on time.
  • Document Preparation and Review:
    • Draft, review, and finalize closing documents, including settlement statements and title documents to be sent to notary.
  • Compliance:
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and federal real estate laws and regulations.
    • Ensure all aspects of the closing process adhere to industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Facilitate a smooth and positive closing experience for all parties involved.
  • Coordination and Communication:
    • Coordinate with title examiners, underwriters, escrow officers, and other professionals to resolve any issues that may arise during the closing process.
    • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all parties involved in the transactions.
