  • Enter invoice data into accounting software and check unmatched lacking slips in the system
  • Track invoices and reconcile and discrepancies

Location: Downtown

Position Type: Temp to hire

Schedule: 8am-5pm; M-F

Pay: $20-21.50/hr

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Acute attention to detail
  • 2 years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • High school diploma or GED, required
