Benefits for the Environmental Services Technician - Housekeeping position include:

Responsibilities for the Environmental Services Technician - Housekeeping position include:
- Primary duties include basic cleaning of residential units in an Independent and Assisted Living community.
- Vacuuming, moping, sweeping, dusting assigned residential rooms and common areas.
- Clean windows and mirrors.
- Clean and supply restrooms.
- Remove waste and empty trash.
- Maintain cleaning chart indicating areas that were cleaned and inspected.
- Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies.
- Organize janitorial storage areas.
- Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance.
- Additional Duties as assigned.
Requirements for the Environmental Services Technician - Housekeeping position include:
- Possess outstanding customer service skills and attitude.
- High school diploma/GED OR 1 to 3 years of related experience.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.
- Experience working in a health care or retirement community is a plus.
- Must pass FBI/BCI background check and drug screen as well as sanctions for working in a health care facility.
