Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur client, a prominent fabrication shop located in Broomall, Pennsylvania, is seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator to join their dynamic team. This role involves the precise operation of CNC press brake machinery to fabricate and shape metal components according to exact specifications. The ideal candidate will be adept at reading and interpreting technical drawings, programming machinery, and performing quality checks to ensure adherence to industry standards. Duties and Responsibilities

- Operate and occasionally recalibrate Trumpf, Bystronic, and 130 Ton Giga Bend CNC brake presses.

- Utilize technical drawings and specifications to ensure the quality of finished parts, focusing on precise dimensions, bend angles, and tolerances.

- Set up and dismantle various punch and die configurations, and review production orders to determine job requirements.

- Select, prepare, and verify materials, processes, and equipment for assigned tasks, maintaining machine performance and output during production.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

- Preferred 3
-5 years of experience in operating, calibrating, and minor programming of CNC brake machines.

- Proficient in reading and understanding machine and component blueprints.

- Knowledge of custom architectural metalwork.

- Basic understanding of machine programming and tool selection, with the ability to learn under the guidance of a lead operator.

- Knowledge of air bending, bottom bending, and coining techniques.

- Prior experience with both mechanical and hydraulic press brakes preferred.
