Synerfac Technical Staffing is currently seeking a proficient CNC Brake Press Technician to enhance our client's fabrication team. This position requires expertise in operating CNC press brake machinery to accurately manufacture and form metal parts based on detailed specifications.

The successful candidate will possess strong skills in interpreting technical schematics, programming machinery, and conducting quality inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards. • Operate and occasionally recalibrate CNC brake presses, including Trumpf, Bystronic, and 130 Ton Giga Bend models.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to guarantee the quality of finished products, focusing on precise measurements, bend angles, and tolerances.
• Set up and disassemble various punch and die configurations, reviewing production orders to ascertain job requirements.
• Select, prepare, and verify materials, processes, and equipment for assigned tasks, ensuring optimal machine performance and output during production.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in operating, calibrating, and performing minor programming of CNC brake machines is preferred.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting machine and component blueprints.
• Familiarity with custom architectural metalwork.
• Basic understanding of machine programming and tool selection, with a willingness to learn under the guidance of a lead operator.
• Knowledge of air bending, bottom bending, and coining techniques.
• Prior experience with both mechanical and hydraulic press brakes is advantageous.
