Job Description:
As a Remote Medical Assistant for Care Management, you'll be an integral part of our team, helping coordinate care for our patients. Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating care management services for patients remotely.
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Provide administrative support to the care management team as needed.
