If so, we have good news Knoxville Recovery Center is looking for a dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians to join our team Located in beautiful Knoxville, Tennessee KRC provides a supportive environment for individuals recovering from addiction and alcoholism. We are a 36 bed co-ed facility offering Substance Abuse treatment. We offer a diverse array of therapeutic services, with a focus on individualized care.


About us:
Health Care Alliance North America (HCANA) is a rapidly expanding healthcare management company specializing in addiction and mental health treatment. It was founded by individuals in recovery who have first-hand experience in receiving addiction treatment and have developed a specialized model of care that incorporates techniques that work while eliminating those that do not. We promote a healthy work/life balance for all employees while maintaining our focus on providing excellent care within a fun, calming environment for clients and staff alike.

JOB DUTIES

  • Help facilitate the first initial part of the intake process and procedure.
  • Provide supervision and support to clients and the Clinical /Operations Team at the facility.
  • Offer clients guidance about recovery using the 12-step model, Refuge Recovery, or other established models.
  • Facilitate daily schedule of Knoxville Recovery Center.
  • Conduct random urinalysis drug testing twice weekly and as outlined procedurally.
  • Monitor client’s presence through daily round

Qualifications:

  • High school or equivalent
  • Behavioral health: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Driver's License (Required)


Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.07 per hour
