Job Description:

We're hiring full-time, CNC Set Up Operator for a manufacturing company in Saint Paul, MN.

In this role, the team member will have the opportunity to utilize their skills in Machine Setup to advance their career with a growing, employee-owned manufacturer. You will set up and operate grinding machines used in the manufacturing of twist drill bits. Other responsibilities include grinding internal and external surfaces of metal work pieces to ordered specifications.

Requirements:

  • Prior machine operating and set up experience is a plus but not required - must be able to pay attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and speak, read, and write in English
  • Ability to read and interpret department guides such as safety rules and operating/procedural manuals
  • Knowledge of machines and tools including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance
