Location: Remote; need to work PST hours

Duration: 18 months with possibility of extension

1. Minimum 5 years' experience with Project management experience in marketing.
2. Minimum 5 years' experience with PowerPoint deck creation
3. Minimum 5 years' experience with email communications/template creation

Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.
Degrees or certifications required: A degree in a related field such as Business and Marketing or Finance would be preferable but is not required.
 

Summary:

 The purpose of this team is owning direct channel marketing for products in the modern work and security space. This role will contribute to the tactical day-to-day project management of the integrated marketing team, working with channel partners to drive integrated marketing campaigns for Small to Medium sized Businesses (SMB). This position will assist with general program management duties as well as chasing teams down for resolutions, create several PowerPoint decks for storytelling marketing strategies, campaigns and postmortem; create templates for email and social media communications announcing new campaigns, sharing results post-launch, etc.

This position will be working cross-functionally with multiple teams including teams specializing in web marketing, paid media, social media, etc. The role will consist of 25% meetings, 35% communications, 40% heads down program management work.

 

Candidate must be an experienced and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to support marketing initiatives and communications.

 

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of project management, takes initiative, has a knack for relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication skills, and is driven to ensure the seamless execution of go-to-market plans.

The ideal candidate must have a strong marketing background, previous experience working with large enterprise tech companies, experience working on AI, some data analysis skills, working in cross functional teams, and working with ambiguity.

A portfolio will not be necessary, but previous samples of the candidates PowerPoint decks or email templates would be nice to see with the resume.
