Position Summary

The billing intern would primarily enter invoices in customer on-line portals and perform other ad-hoc requests. They may assist in various AP and AR collections. The position is 30-40 hours/week, Mon-Friday, days.


Responsibilities

  • Updating fixed asset records
  • Scanning documents
  • Loading documents to customer portals
  • Filing
  • Document review
  • Creating/updating spreadsheets
Qualifications
  • Education in finance or accounting preferred
  • Strong computer and Microsoft Office experience. (Word, Excel)
  • An extremely strong work ethic.
  • College student or graduate in accounting/finance
