MBN Incorporated is contracted through Federal Express Corporation. We employ approximately 10-12 drivers and operate 7 days a week. As an area safety manager you will be conducting daily ride alongs with current drivers to ensure they are safely operating the vehicle, obeying all traffic and DOT laws ensuring seatbelt compliance, speed compliance etc. Also, will be training new employees, conducting road tests, monitoring all drivers through company provided application. This position is Monday-Friday start time is 8:00 am until route is completed, typically between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm. Will also be assisting General manager with mechanical work, scheduling and performing  maintenance on vehicles, assisting with breakdowns etc. (12 vehicles total). 

 

Must be knowledgable with DOT compliance/laws

Must be committed to safety and provide a positive safety culture

Must have at least 1 year of managerial experience 

Must be mechanically inclined 

Must have an understanding of pre and post trip inspections

Must have reliable transportation to meet with drivers on the road (company fuel card provided)
