Screen Tight is a growing, family-owned company with three decades of proven business success. The company produces a large variety of home screening systems, specialty doors, and custom plastic extruded products for distribution throughout North America.

Green Eagle is a new, fast-growing company founded by Screen Tight’s management team. The company produces unique, carbon fiber reinforced plastic profiles and products using innovative processes that are patented globally. These exciting products have unlimited potential to replace commonly used, lower performance plastic extrusions for a wide array of consumer and industrial products.

Taken together, these companies combine a strong history of financial performance with unbounded long-term growth. We are looking for an experienced controller to join our team and oversee the fiscal activity of both companies. JOB LOCATION:

Georgetown/Pawleys Island, South Carolina.  Come live and work on the beautiful South Carolina coast

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Direct and coordinate all accounting functions, including accounts receivable and accounts payable

2. Prepare budgets and financial plans

3. Implement and maintain financial performance metrics

4. Maintain close customer interactions to efficiently align with their A/P and IT processes

5. Develop and maintain internal controls including compliance requirements and internal audits

6. Prepare management reports including financial forecasts

7. Prepare cash flow projections

8. Oversee capital assets and process capital requests

9. Hire, train and supervise accounting personnel

10. Maintain corporate policies and procedures

11. Streamline accounting functions as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, master's degree, or MBA. CPA is a plus.

2. Three to five years of financial management experience within a similar business. Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred

3. Strong financial and accounting background, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, internal controls, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, banking, budgets, and cost controls

4. Excellent communication and listening skills

5. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

6. Strong attention to detail combined with a full grasp of “big picture” issues

7. Ability to inspire confidence and create trust

8. Strong multitasking and time-management skills

9. Good problem-solving abilities

10. Strong computer literacy and a working knowledge of financial software
