JOB OVERVIEW:

The IDEAL candidate will have 1+ years of sales related experience and possess a highly positive and
coachable spirit. In Addition, the following characteristics are required to be a good overall fit for this
position:

*Sales, Customer Service, Telesales and/or Marketing experience desired
*Above average communication skills (Both verbal and written)
*Outstanding organizational and time management skills
*Ability to multi-task and set priorities, GOOD computer skills needed
*Craves challenges, a bit of a risk taker, quick learner
*Shares the company core values: Work Ethic, Accountability, Attention to Detail, Sacrificial and Humility
*Professional in demeanor and a true team player
*Highly motivated, high energy, positive outlook with a strong work ethic
*Must be an enthusiastic, “people person” who enjoys phone work


ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
*Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualified TARGETED ‘niche market’
*NOTE: THIS IS NOT TELEMARKETING
*NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE SETTING UP OUTSIDE APPOINTMENTS FOR
YOURSELFOR ANY OTHER SALESPERSONS
*Speak with decision makers and further qualify if their company has the need for a product
or service within the manufacturing industry
*Employee should expect to make (on the average), 80 calls a day to specific businesses within
target markets for our clientele
*Will be utilizing MS Office, Gmail, Google Drive, Streak, and other contact management software
(TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED)
*Extensive usage of Email, Fax, and Phone.


WORK SCHEDULE/COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
HOURS: Monday-Friday (8-5) @ the present time. Overtime & Flexibility to work some evenings (with
notice) is highly desirable
COMPENSATION: Competitive; based on experience
PTO= PAID TIME OFF
PAID HOLIDAYS

**SPECIAL NOTE: This position is NOT suited to someone who needs or expects a full benefits package, as that is not available at this time.
