Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Assists in the delegation and assigning of daily work-orders, unit turns, and after-hours schedule

- Ensure accuracy of timelines and progress updates with photos, descriptions, receipts and recording of hours worked at each stage of job completion

- Participate in the training and development of new team members

- Support Management in the decision making for hiring, terminations, and disciplinary actions.

- Assist in budget estimates and delegating completion of Unit Turn's.

- Assists with completion based on estimates, ordering of supplies or outside equipment, and hiring any additional third-party vendors.

- Oversee timing of equipment/deliveries and inspect quality and condition after completion

- Enforces and stays up to date with all safety and health guidelines

- Exemplifies and demonstrates the importance of excellent customer service and company representation while on-site and with owners and

- Enforces appropriate and efficient tenant communication guidelines

- Formulate quick, effective solutions in accordance to time, safety, and company policies.
