Job Purpose: The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of duties to ensure that our property is occupied and promoted in positive way, working with both the leasing/property manager and other members of the team.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome prospective residents and current residents in an upbeat, polite, and positive manner
  • Provide an impeccable level of customer service by offering solutions and help with all inquiries regarding our properties
  • Tour the grounds, models, & activity center with potential future residents.
  • Keep a daily record of phone and visit traffic, which needs entered into Yardi by the end of business day
  • Follow up with all sales visits by phone or email.
  • Maintain the sale from time a deposit is received unit the day the resident moves out by completing all necessary paperwork, follow up and communication
  • Develop resident retention through positive and helpful attitude, resident social events and renewal programs
  • Accepting a security deposit to hold an apartment, following through with all necessary screening, draw up all required paperwork, and communicate with future resident on their move in experience with our property.
  • Communicate with maintenance through the move in process on any changes to move in dates or unit style changes
  • Review and cover the move in process, move out process and renewal offers to all residents
  • Participate with social programs, engage in Facebook ideas and updates, and offer suggestions and ideas for resident retention
  • Distribute flyers, notices and letters to residents
  • Communicate any changes of move in, move out date, addresses to Maintenance daily by updating Yardi and the master leasing guide
  • Attend educational and training classes as assigned.
  • Assist in marketing strategies and outreach'
