Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team. As a Estimator, you will be responsible for reading blueprints and providing pipe, manhole, concrete estimates. The ideal candidate must be able to work under very tight time frames handling multiple estimates and responsibilities simultaneously.

Essential job duties and responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze drawings, specifications, proposals, scope of work, and other documents to accurately create a budget proposal to the client.
  • Conduct site visits and attend pre-bid meetings to fully understand the project scope.
  • Regular attendance and physical presence at work is an essential function of this position.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge of all aspects of water, sewer materials

Must have excellent communication skills and a natural ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment.

Highly organized and able to multitask

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in estimating

Strong Computer Skills

Ability to pass a background check with MVR
