Job DescriptionJob Description

Local packaging solutions company in Tonawanda looking for a skilled laborer to build custom crates and shipping containers

1st shift hours - 6am-2:30pm Mon-Fri

Pay varies based on exp - $16-18/hr

Requirements:

  • Must have previous experience either building crates or pallets, or have carpentry background
  • Must be able to use hand and power tools, read basic prints and read a tape measure
  • Must be safety conscious

JOB DUTIES:

  • Assemble and build wooden pallets and crates per specifications
  • Use saws to cut lumber and corrugated material to size
  • Use blueprints to guide layout and assembly of pallets and crates as needed
  • Use hand and power tools
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
