What Were Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
  • Experience: Heavy equipment engineering experience is a plus; open to new graduates and those with up to 5+ years of experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer skills, proficiency in Excel, and design software systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities for effective interaction with all internal and external contacts.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and technical skills to understand business practices and recommend appropriate automation opportunities.
  • Cost Accounting: Functional understanding of cost accounting principles.
  • Innovation: Must be an innovator who embraces lean enterprise principles and practices.
