A-Line Staffing is now hiring Patient Service Call Center Representatives in the state of Washington Must reside in WA for consideration This would be full time / 40+ hours per week. Apply now for immediate consideration with Silvana at A-Line Staffing

*Bilingual in Spanish preferred*

Pay/Benefits:

  • The pay for this position is $19/hr
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Schedule:

  • This position is fully remote but candidates must reside in the state of Washington
  • The required schedule is Mondays & Tuesdays 9:30am-6:30pm, Wednesdays & Thursdays 8:45am-5:45pm, and Fridays 8:45am-3:15pm. These hours are not flexible must be able to work these hours.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • MUST have at least 1 year of healthcare and phone experience (Preferably call center environment or with a health plan)
  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must reside in the state of WA
  • Must have a reliable internet connection at home (Computer equipment will be provided)

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
