About Our Client: They are a consumer finance company in the United States. Specializing in providing installment loans, they serve communities by offering accessible financial solutions, helping individuals with various credit backgrounds access the funds they need while promoting responsible lending practices.

Position Overview: As a Call Center Agent, your goal is going to be to discuss payment plan options to bring past-due accounts back current.

Pay: $17/hr. (Paid Weekly)

Location: Dunwoody, GA – Onsite for 90 Days then 100% remote

Shifts:

  1. Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM
  2. Must have work availability from 8AM-7PM to keep up with seasonal and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a Difference: Reach out to customers who are 30-60-90 days behind on their active loans, offering them the guidance and support they need to get back on track.
  • Financial Problem-Solving: Discuss and negotiate payment plan options with empathy and professionalism, ensuring that past-due accounts are brought back to current status. Basic math skills are essential to clearly explain payment amounts.
  • Documenting Success: Accurately notate customer accounts, detailing discussions, addressing issues, and noting customer requests, ensuring a comprehensive and well-organized record of interactions.
  • Professional De-Escalation: Maintain a poised and professional demeanor, skillfully de-escalating customer interactions, and offering effective solutions.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Prioritize ensuring that all customer questions and needs are met before concluding each call, delivering exceptional customer service at every opportunity.
  • Data Guardian: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality by safeguarding the organization's customer data, demonstrating integrity and trustworthiness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of two years of recent call center experience, with collections experience being strongly preferred. Your track record in customer interaction is a crucial asset.
  • Communication Mastery: Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to connect with customers effectively and professionally.
  • Tech-Savvy: Navigate Windows-Based Systems and Dual Monitor Screens with ease, showcasing your strong computer skills.
  • Multitasking Dynamo: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where the ability to multitask is essential. Deliver accurate results efficiently, even under pressure.
  • Clean Slate: Successfully pass a background check and drug test within 24 hours of accepting the position, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining our organization's integrity.
