Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead our supervisory program and ensure the highest standards of clinical care within our practice. This role is pivotal in developing leadership and team collaboration, clinical development, supervisory development, and maintaining ethical and legal compliance as we expand our group psychotherapy practice. 
Key Responsibilities and Role Expectations:
  • Oversee the clinical supervision program, providing guidance and support to MHC-LPs and LMSWs.
  • Assess and enhance billing practices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. 
  • Collaborate with staff to develop and refine clinical aspects of our practice. 
  • Ensure compliance with CPT and DSM-5 diagnosis codes. 
  • Supervise documentation and curriculum to maintain compliance with insurance requirements.
  • Use Therapy IQ (our EHR system) to manage and streamline clinical operations. 
  • Lead and develop the clinical team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. 
  • Utilize Google Workspace for effective communication and project management. 
  • ​​Lead the development and implementation of clinical programs. 
  • Ensure high-quality, evidence-based care is provided to all clients.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Support and mentor clinical staff, fostering professional growth and development. 
  • Collaborate with administrative staff to optimize practice operations. 
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Psychologist or PsyD. 
  • Extensive knowledge of CPT and DSM-5 diagnosis codes. 
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace. 
  • Strong leadership and team development skills. 
  • Experience with Therapy IQ or similar EHR systems is preferred. 
  • Commitment to supporting the LGBTQ+ community. 
  • Advanced skills in CBT, DBT, EMDR, EFT, SFBT, and/or ERP. 
  • Program and curriculum development (developing an internship program, Hybrid model care, Group development).
