Job Title: DOT Compliance Specialist

Job Overview:
Join our team as an DOT Compliance Specialist where you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our office. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills to assist in various administrative tasks. The DOT Compliance Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office tasks efficiently, and ensuring the office operates effectively.

Duties:
- Department of Transportation Compliance (preferred, not required)
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Accounts Payable: Coordinating with management to track and pay accounts payable
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter and maintain data in company databases, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Office Coordination: Assist with office organization and coordination, including maintaining supplies, managing calendars, and supporting staff as needed.
- Documentation: Prepare, file, and manage various documents, reports, and records related to tree services and company operations.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth and efficient operations.
- Billing & Invoicing: Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or office support roles
- Sales background (preferred, not required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite)
- Scheduling experience
