Anytime Fitness is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. Anytime Fitness, the #1 gym franchise in the US, is looking for Office Managers and Personal Trainers to provide a professional and personable experience at our beautiful club in Barrington, RI

 

Gym Managers:

 

A perfect applicant will be available for flexible hours, be a team leader, have a passion for health and fitness, and most importantly, be a great representative of our club To be considered for this position, you must be a high-energy club motivator, have an extroverted personality, be great with customer service, and enjoy sales, marketing, and building a great culture in the club.

Important: Social and organizational skills and the drive to sell someone the gift of fitness is certainly important

Requirements:

A good candidate will enjoy working in a health club environment, have a friendly, outgoing personality, organized, neat, and genuinely care about helping others and building the community we have established and continue to build.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Membership Sales —

We use a proven system that helps our guests overcome their own roadblocks to starting a fitness program. When used correctly, this system doesn't feel like sales at all. Remember, you are hired to inspire. All “sales” calls are directed for those who have already requested information to our wonderful establishment/environment.

We love being a part of the local community. There are countless opportunities to get outside the club and promote our business. We actively participate in local/community events.

Member Experience —

The most important aspect of all Does your club rock? Do your members love you? Do they like the environment you create inside the club? Are they inspired to share their experience with friends, family, and coworkers? We pride ourselves on providing top-notch customer service and aim to make each member's and guest's experience exceptional Do you have this effect on people?

Gym maintenance –

Are you an organized and neat individual? We pride ourselves on being the cleanest gym in the area – the gym manager will be responsible for club’s general cleanliness. Part of managing a club is maintaining the atmosphere and keeping our environment as clean as ever (especially during these times)

Managing the front office –

Answering phone calls, emails, helping existing members with their concerns, help guests to get detailed information about the club, organizing paperwork, sign-ups and the like :)
