Automotive CFO

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations and drive our continued success.
As the Chief Financial Officer at Motor Werks, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of our company and ensuring its long-term financial health and sustainability. You will foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, partnering with senior management to identify needs, develop growth strategies, and drive operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong, collaborative relationships with senior managers to identify business needs and provide strategic financial leadership.
Partner with general managers to develop and implement growth strategies and operational efficiencies.
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and various financial analyses as directed by the CEO.
Identify and assess financial risks, evaluate capital structure and financing options, and provide financial insights to the COO and CEO.
Collaborate with General Managers on revenue growth, profitability, and financial controls.
Build and develop a high-performing team, establish organizational structure, and implement departmental methodologies, processes, and procedures.
Ensure effective internal controls and compliance with GAAP and regulatory laws for financial and tax reporting.
Consult and negotiate with third-party payers concerning payment rates to the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 - 10 years of progressive experience in automotive accounting and finance, with strategic financial leadership experience.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and engaging high-performing teams.
Excellent analytical, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
Experience with dealership management computer systems (ADP preferred).
Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
