Your Experience:

  • Professional degree in Architecture with technical expertise in architectural practice.
  • Extensive experience managing multifamily condominium and apartment projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, construction methods, and building materials.
  • Proficient in interpreting and applying building codes, local ordinances, and regulatory requirements.
  • Licensed in Florida and capable of signing architectural drawings
  • Skilled in Autodesk Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on strong rendering capabilities.
