Responsibilities

- Self generate home buyer and refinance leads.
- Evaluate and analyze loan applications to determine eligibility and risk assessment.
- Guide clients through the mortgage process, explaining options and assisting with paperwork.
- Collaborate with underwriters and processors to ensure timely and accurate loan processing.
- Maintain knowledge of current mortgage products, rates, and industry regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize financial sales skills to promote loan products and negotiate terms with clients.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in basic math and financial analysis
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous experience in loan origination (minimum 3 years active NMLS license)
- Knowledge of TILA and Fair Housing regulations
- Familiarity with accounting software and credit analysis
- Ability to negotiate and conduct financial sales
- Understanding of Loan Guidelines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in contract and escrow management
